Our Fractionated Coconut Oil is a clear, odourless liquid that serves as a lightweight carrier oil, quickly absorbing into the skin. It is produced by separating the solid components of coconut oil from the liquid parts, ensuring that it remains in liquid form even at cooler temperatures.

The INCI name for our fractionated coconut oil is caprylic/capric triglyceride and originates from Malaysia. This type of coconut oil has a longer shelf life due to its higher saturated fat content and is rich in capric and caprylic fatty acids.

It’s important to note that Fractionated Coconut Oil differs from virgin coconut oil. One key distinction is the scent—virgin coconut oil retains its natural coconut aroma, whereas fractionated coconut oil is completely unscented. Additionally, virgin coconut oil is solid at room temperature, while fractionated coconut oil remains liquid.
